Big Sisterville.. ♥

Let me tell you one of the greatest gifts I've been given..


When I was little all I can remember asking my Mum, Dad & Santa for christmas, was a brother or a sister. Then the joke went on about it being a funny looking child if Santa gave me a sibling... blah blah blah ... so funny mum. Ofcourse I wanted what any child wanted, a bike, a phone, etc. As I grew older, it got boring to play by myself and all I wanted and wished and dreamed for was a sister or a brother.

Now I have FOUR!

For the past 9 years of my life I've become a big sister to four of the most beautiful children you have ever come to meet.

 Each and every one of them are amazing in their own ways. 

Stella: She's 9 and comes from my mum and her ex husband.

She was the first of the four and I quickly grew to become her second mother. She lives in NZ with mum and I miss her EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Joseph: He's 6 in 2 weeks and the second one to come in the line. He is super precious and is sometimes very sensitive but gorgeous and loving all the same.

Millie: She's next, and she's 3. This little "destructor" is hilarious! With a big "little Miss" attitude already she'll have you in hysterics  when you're down. 

Then lastly... 

And quite gratefully last;

Harry: He is almost 9 months! He has a beautiful smile and as soon as you see it, your whole life will change. He has the power to make anyone happy, by just flashing those two little pearly whites. 

Being a big sister has been the best part of my life! I've had to change some WHOPPER nappies, carry some teary eyed babies, and be the bad cop but with that comes all of the great! The laughs, the smiles, the dances, everything! I have never been more proud to be anything more, then a big sister. 

I love them all more then life itself and I hope I show it enough :)

They couldn't be more perfect...

Do any of you have younger siblings that you love like MAD?!

Study...

The past 2 weeks my boyfriend - Ash - has been studying, he goes to uni so yea he's basically a genius and as much as I love him and love that he is doing something fantastic with his life and putting great use to his brain....

I'm hating it!! Lol. So I'm finding myself coming up with a collection of things, activities, stuff basically to keep myself occupied.

Have any of you been iny sito?? What did you do to keep yourselves busy??

I've got a couple of things up my sleeve but if I did them all I'd be covered top to toe with ink ;)

I've started the secret and the magic again to prevent me "hating" it quite so much...

..hung out with his cousins and sister, watching home movies, eating junk food and chilled out.

Nelly, his cousin, also stunning! Made strawberries with cream & nutella! So divine!!!

Thought I'd devil you all at a sneak peak at heaven :)

it wasn't til just recently I realised that you don't understand how important it is to have somekne who makes you laugh and smile like a naughty little school girl.

June Haul! ♡

Well well well...

Welcome to my first Haul!

Over the past month, June. I have made quite a collection of exciting goodies to add to my mess of a room.

First things first... CLOTHES!

I've brought a few things for my new IKEA wardrobe. 

This dress was ... $20 I believe from Target! I know Target?! They have the MOST affordable items that are still gorgeous! :)

A shirt. $20 from a little place in Chatswood. Really CUTE! Comfortable and I wore it out last night :) 

Another Target item. This one was only $12! Really comfortable and flattering with a body con skirt and tons of jewellery. LOVING bright colours!

Second on the agenda... Makeup!

One of the best creations this country has made is... Priceline pharmacy.

They have everything you need, for make up and hair especially. I am REALLY pleased with everything I've purchased from there and I think you'll find me there most days off :)

All these products are and have been amazing for me. The foundation is the first liquid foundation I've used for about 2 years (I have recently been using a cake with a wet sponge) and in saying that it is taking me a while to get to the swing of things but I am :)

Lastly.... Accessories!

I did purchase some hosiery from another supplier and realised what a HUGE mistake it was to buy something you don't know. They laddered and ripped as SOON as I pulled them over my foot.

So back to Glassons I went and got 2 for $9.99 - plain black with feet TALL and AVE. I am only 5'2 but the Tall ones are REALLY super comfortable and great for the extra cold winter mornings.  :) (the others I bought were $12.99 EACH! footless)

The bag I got from Target :) - I'd seen these in another shop in Town Hall and they were over $30... This one was... $15! Redic - I KNOW! Love it!!

Hairbands and clips came with a set of earrings - not pictured.. sorry :( - for $10 from Lavisa.

So that was my amaze haul for you all.  I hope you liked it, let me know what you did and didn't like and whether or not you've had issues with these products and I'll post another in July!!! :D PLUS Melbs for me in August so there'll be a HUGE haul then.

Top 8 Things I'm Missing About Home ♡

1. Mum - Living away from my beautiful mother has, by far, been one of the hardest things I've had to come to get use too. I miss her face, playing with her/tackling her and throwing her around!

2. Stella Rose! - I miss EVERYTHING about this cute little munchkin!

3. My Jonsy! - I miss her hilariousness and stupidity, her raging self and partying ways.

4. Jordan/Boo Boo/Missy Moo! - And her Mama! The smile this little angel has, has lightened my life since she popped into this world. This I miss the most on Sundays :(

5. Triple 1 Five Restaurant - And their Creamy Chicken and Cranberry Linguini! Mmmmmm

6. LOL yes believe it or not ----  Eke Taone! The City ride - There is no way I could get my wee self to the city and back again for $3 a day here!

7. The Redwoods - There aren't exactly easy, beautiful places to stroll across the road to in Sydney. 

8. My Nail Polish' - These were donated to the lovely Jonsy and have been used and looked after. I'm making a new collection, but haven't really been making any cool patterns :)

I miss a lot of things about home, and infact had originally had thought about doing a 'Top 10' list. Then thought, there aren't actually 10 things I miss at all about home....

And infact all in all I'm having a great time in Sydney!

New Ombre - Update ♡

It's been a month!

One whole month has past since I arrived to Sydney, Australia. 

I've found and kept a brand new job and made a couple friends. I've spent a lot of time with my family, Dad, Anna and the kids and have had a great time.

Last week I re-dyed my ombre hair to make the end blonder and healthier.

You'll see in my June Haul- posted in a couple weeks time, I got a toning blonde shampoo. I'm thinking this has helped, but at the same time I've only used it 3 times :)

At work we have a "Playtime" once a month, the past wek we had a 'Mad Hatters Tea Party'. I made THE COOLEST hat and the kids loved it... even if the kids that did turn up were all my relations ;)

....

Dad asked me last week,

"Is there anything you thought you'd be doing or anything in your first month that you haven't?"

My reply...

"No."

I came here with no expectations and I've so far lived a happy Sydney life.
I've had the pleasure or seeing my best girl, Elle. And I've still kept in touch with my other best girl, Jonsy. My mum and my sisters.

Life is good, life is great. I am still breathing and I love that!
